When I met my family in America in January, my father gave me 4 CDs where he saved all the files that I had in my Brazilian computer in my room. Together with these files are A LOT of pictures of my life before Australia and that I still didn't have here in my aussie computer. Some of these pictures are the ones that I took with Michelle (my exexex girlfriend). It’s cool to see it again and to remember the time that we were together. It was a "troubleful" relationship, but we still had a lot of good times. Tonight I saw this picture above with her head lying on my shoulder, and it reminded me a very nice night we had...
It was in the middle of the week (Wednesday or Thursday... I'm not sure). While I was in the office working, I saw on the internet that Tony Bellotto (a Brazilian musician, writer, and Michelle’s biggest idol) was launching on that evening his brand new book in Fnac (a very popular brazilian book shop), doing a kind of seminar explaining how he wrote it, and after giving autographs for all the fans.
As fast as I could, I got my car after work and drove all the way to Michelle's home. On the way I called her on my mobile saying to get ready. She asked me what for, and I just said... "You’re gonna see, don’t worry!"
Anyway... At the end of the seminar she not just saw Tony a few meters from her, but also hugged, kissed, and got his autograph on the same book he was launching which we have bought for her. It was very cool to see her big happy smile after that in the middle of our busy weeks. After Fnac, we went to "Galeria dos Pães" (our favourite restaurant) to have dinner, and at the end of the night I drove her back home.
That was exactly 5 years ago. A few months later I dumped her...
