Subject: Introduction of a flexitime system to "Seven Six Two - Graphic Design Company"

The introducing of a flexitime system in the company has been cogitated looking forward some advantages that it can offer, been useful and helpful not just to the staff team but to the clients and jobs development as well.

A research has been made and almost 90% of the staff is in favour of the flexitime introduction. Within some others advantages, it can benefit not just the work environment as the staff will be happier managing their own time, but also the contact with the clients as will be easier to contact them in different time zones and on Saturdays, which is good to the company.

An examination of the financial implications of the flexitime system as been made and although the increasing of some expenses it will not be a big problem and almost insignificant as the company’s profit will increase with the new system.

Concluding, the introduction of a flexitime system will be very acceptable by everyone in the company and one-year trial period should be started.
